: (1) The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows –
(A) To implement the decisions and instructions of the committee (b) To prepare long-term and short-term plans, annual programs and budgets of the institution (c) To implement the plans and projects approved by the committee (d) Disbursement of approved budget funds,
(e) To perform other necessary tasks as the administrative head of the establishment.
(2) Other than what is written in sub-section (1), the other duties, duties and powers of the executive director shall be as prescribed.
